Cancellation Policy

I aim to ensure your satisfaction as a client and avoid charging you for missed appointments. Please be aware that I only generate revenue when actively working with clients. To accommodate other clients effectively, I kindly request a 48 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a charge equivalent to 100% of the services booked. All new clients will be required to give a deposit equivalent to services booked. Additionally if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment it will be considered a no show. and you will be charged 100% of services booked.

Waxing is not available for those using  Accutane, it is your responsibility to inform us.


It is advisable to stop retin A products 7-14 days before any facial waxing.
